MCPIK Resource Center a Treasure Trove of Information & Programs

An often overlooked but vast community lending library is hidden in plain sight in Rockaway, NJ. The resource center at Morris County Prevention is Key (MCPIK) is stocked with pamphlets, brochures and resource materials addressing issues of substance abuse, violence, alcohol, tobacco, and other areas of concern to the Morris County Community.

Under the direction of Executive Director Chris Goeke, this small agency is a rising star in the county, delivering science-based curriculums to schools, churches, and the community. Chris's goal for the agency is to deliver multi-session prevention programs of professional development training in every school district and community in the county. MCPIK is well on its way toward reaching this goal.

Chris and his staff of professionals are planning a host of exciting programs, many of which are FREE to the Morris County Community. The agency offers prevention and intervention tools to parents, schools and community to help bring about positive change, and take pride in having the county's most extensive resource center with the most up-to-date materials. Chris and his staff would like you to think of their agency as the "Voice of Prevention".
